Insurance
Bogani Explorer maintains liability insurance for our staff; however, we do not provide individual insurance coverage for divers. In the event of a diving accident, or while doing another activities our insurance will not cover you. Therefore, we strongly recommend obtaining a dive insurance through your travel insurance policy or a specialized dive insurance provider.
Deposit Policy and Cancellations
A minimum deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings. Reservations without a deposit cannot be guaranteed, as availability and logistical arrangements depend on confirmed bookings. Due to limited capacity and advance logistics preparation, we strongly recommend booking in advance.
We also advise securing a travel insurance to cover your booking in case of unforeseen changes to your plans.
If you wish to cancel or reschedule after making a deposit, the following policies apply:
Activities (Fundiving, Snorkeling, Trekking, Hiking, and Camping):
Cancellation more than 16 days before your scheduled activity: 50% refund of the total payment amount (minus bank or credit card fees) or rescheduling based on availability.
Cancellation within 1-15 days of your scheduled activity: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible depending on availability.
Discover Scuba Diving & PADI Courses:
PADI e-learning materials are issued upon booking and are non-refundable. However, they remain valid for use at any PADI dive center.

By making a deposit payment, you agree to these terms.
Payments
We accept payments in cash (IDR, EUR, and USD), and through bank transfers in multiple currencies. We use WISE Bank for international payments.
Safety, Liability & Participation Policy (Diving, Trekking, or other activities)
Safety is our top priority. All participants are required to complete and sign the relevant liability and participation forms prior to joining any activity. For diving activities, all divers must sign and strictly adhere to PADI Standard Safe Diving Practices. For trekking activities, all participants must complete a trekking liability form and follow all safety briefings, guide instructions, and standard operating procedures.
We reserve the right to exclude any diver or trekker from activities if their behavior, physical condition, or failure to comply with safety requirements poses a risk to themselves, our staff, or other participants. In such cases, the situation will be assessed, and a partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
For diving activities, we strongly recommend a minimum surface interval of 24 hours before flying after your final dive.
Data Collection & Use
We collect and store information you voluntarily provide through our website, including but not limited to your IP address, email address, and browsing data. This information helps us improve our services, enhance user experience, and communicate effectively with you.
When you make a booking through our website, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, and address. This information is used solely for the following purposes:

How to get to Kotamobagu?
To reach Kotamobagu, start your journey by taking a direct flight from Singapore / Jakarta / Bali or Makassar to Manado Airport. Once you arrive at Manado, you can conveniently travel to Kotamobagu by taxi or our designated pickup car, which will take you approximately four hours. This route offers a smooth connection from the bustling city to the tranquil landscapes of Kotamobagu, allowing you to enjoy the stunning views along the way. Whether you opt for a taxi or our pickup service, your adventure starts right from the moment you land in Manado, setting the stage for an exciting exploration of this beautiful region.
How about accomodation?
While we currently do not have our own accommodation, we are more than happy to assist you in arranging a hotel stay in Kotamobagu during your trip. Hotel prices in the area start at around 500,000 IDR. You can choose to book online yourself for convenience, or if you prefer our recommendations, we suggest considering the Sutan Raja Hotel or Hotel Sapadia for a comfortable stay. Both options offer great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that your visit to Kotamobagu is as enjoyable as possible.
